Talò Primitivo di Manduria DOP, according to the specifications, is a single variety Primitivo. Obtained from grapes grown near the sea, it is a full-bodied red wine, in which you can perceive the minerality and balsamic components, as well as the elegance of the tannin and the explosion of fragrant red fruit, typical of the most famous Apulian variety in the world.

Ageing - in French and American oak barrels for 6 months

Tasting notes - ruby red colour enriched with violet reflections; generous bouquet, reminiscent of ripe cherries and plums, with pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla.
This wine has a velvety texture, and its finish offers notes of lingering sweetness.

Serving suggestions - salty, spicy or spicy starter dishes, lamb and venison with rich sauces, strong cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
