A sweet dessert originating in the south of France, with a shape and tradition dating back hundreds of years - CALISSON is a cake made with almond flour, orange pieces, melon and sugar icing.

Ingredients: almonds, sugar, candied fruit, honey, invert sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), egg white, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), natural orange blossom flavour. May contain traces of nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, milk, soya and sulphites. Nutritional values per 100g product: energy value 1899kJ/ 454kcal; fat 20,0g, of which saturated fatty acids: 1,4g; carbohydrates 61,0g, of which sugars: 57,0g; protein 8,6g; salt 0,04g.
